What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom backpacks?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style for genuine leather backpacks and 300 pieces per colorway for polyester and canvas backpacks.
Can you manufacture from our technical design pack (Tech Pack) or reference sample?
Yes. We specialize in full OEM/ODM development. You can provide a tech pack, CAD drawing, or physical sample, and our sample room will construct accurate counter-samples.
What is the sampling lead time and cost for custom backpacks?
Prototype development takes 10 to 14 days. Sample fees are fully credited towards your bulk production invoice upon order placement.
What quality control inspections are performed before export?
We conduct 100% in-line sewing inspections and final pre-shipment AQL 2.5 standard audits, including zipper cycle endurance, strap pull-load testing (up to 25 kg), and seam strength checks.
